Delivery Information

At Replicacraze, we are committed to providing our customers with exceptional service, including fast and reliable shipping. Our shipping policy is designed to ensure that your order is processed, shipped, and delivered to you as quickly and securely as possible.

Shipment method: DHL, EMS, UPS.

1. Ship from our warehouse, currently only available in the Japan.

Processing time: takes about 1-3 business days.

Shipping time: takes about 10-12 business days.

 

1. Shipping Details

We dispatch ‘Ready to Ship’ orders within 24-48 hours of receiving payment confirmation. Once your order is shipped, the estimated delivery time is between 10 to 12 business days, depending on the destination country and customs clearance procedures. Please note that delivery times may vary during peak seasons or unforeseen circumstances.

We process orders on business days, which are Monday through Friday, Eastern Standard Time, and exclude holidays observed by the Post Office: New Year’s Day, Presidents’ Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.

Shipping times will be delayed for the Chinese New Year holiday in January or February every year.

 

2. Order Tracking

After your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. This will enable you to monitor the progress of your luxury bag/watch as it makes its way to your doorstep.

If my tracking says, “No information available at the moment.” For some shipping companies, it takes 5-7 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 10 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.

 

3. Shipping Methods

We use express international courier services for all of our deliveries. The courier we choose will depend on the destination and the most efficient, secure, and fast method available.

 

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are calculated at the checkout based on the destination country, the weight of the package, and the chosen shipping method. Replicacraze occasionally offers promotions with free shipping, so keep an eye out for such offers.

 

5. Packaging

Rest assured that all of our products are carefully packaged to ensure they reach you in perfect condition. Each bag or watch is encased in its own box, which is then further secured within a protective shipping box.

 

6. Multiple Items in a Single Order

If your order contains multiple items, please note that they may be shipped separately from different fulfillment centers. In such cases, you will receive separate tracking information for each item.

 

7.  Address Accuracy

Ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete to avoid any delays or misdelivery. We cannot be held responsible for orders with incorrect or incomplete shipping information.

 

8. Delivery Acceptance

Please be available to receive your luxury watch when it arrives. If no one is available at the given address during the delivery attempt, the courier may leave a delivery notice or make a re-delivery attempt.

 

9. Order Cancellation and Modifications

Once an order has been placed, we aim to process it swiftly. Therefore, modifications or cancellations can only be accommodated if the order has not yet been shipped. Please contact our customer support team immediately for assistance.
