Returns & Refund Policy

1. Returns

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a refund.

 

You can return a product after 7 days from the date you purchased it in new, unworn, and unaltered condition.

 

Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. Items must be returned in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact. The protective film of the products should not be removed. Please keep the receipt.

 

You should contact us to get the address for sending them back.

 

You will be refunded within 10 business days when we get the return. Refunds will include the product price only and can only be made to the original form of payment.

 

2. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain amount of days.

 

Late or missing refunds

If you havent received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If youve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at [email protected].

 

3. Others

Promotional sale items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, promotional sale items cannot be refunded.

 

Exchanges

All Swiss-quality purchases sold by Replicacraze have a two-year warranty against malfunctions caused by the manufacturer. Also, Asian-quality purchases have a one-year warranty. The warranty only covers problems caused by the manufacturer. This does not include man-made vandalism or wear. Before replica watches come into contact with water, ensure the crown is tightened.

If there is a problem with the manufacturer within one week of receiving the purchase, Replicacraze will replace it with a brand-new purchase of the same type. If this purchase is out of stock, you can choose a product of the same value.

How do I return my product?

You should contact us to get the address for sending them back.

 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

 

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We dont guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
